It is one of the 28 national innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration bases and one of the 3 leading maker spaces in Chengdu. Jingrong Town has created maker spaces with a covering area of 750,000 m² and aggregated 1,633 emerging industry projects such as big data, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), new materials, biological medicine and VR/AR technology. Moreover, 49 new incubators were introduced gathering more than 18,600 makers.
