As the technological advances have blurred the boundaries between the digital and physical world, an upcoming industrial revolution is in the horizon. The concept of Smart Cities has been gaining an increasing popularity in China leading to hundreds of approved pilot projects all around the country. In particular, science and technology combined with the infrastructure sector are considered the leading sectors in the development of a new people-centric approach for the design of new sustainable and innovative cities. Intellectual Property Rights Seminar (held in Italian language)

Organized by the Embassy of Italy in China with the cooperation of the China IPR SME Helpdesk and of the China-Italy Technology Transfer Center, the seminar will be focused on the protection of Intellectual Property Rights especially in R&D and technology transfer process activities. It will be preceded by a special webinar session, in which an introduction to the seminar will be given to the participating companies.
