The following parks have been selected by Chinese partners. Each participant should choose which visit to take part in and send his own preference to the email address cina@cittadellascienza.it by November 8th,2017.

1. Zhongguancun InnoWay
The Zhongguancun InnoWay was developed in 2013 in Haidan District to gather in “one city three streets” a cluster area of innovation and entrepreneurship services, a cradle to technology enterprises and a spiritual home for entrepreneurs. Today InnoWay has achieved remarkable results. So far, it is home to a total of 40 incubators, investment organizations and other innovation and entrepreneurship service agencies and relevant enterprises and 1,791 incubated startups. Over 150,000 people have participated in 1,500 various activities held here. Over 60 enterprises and government departments have settled in Innohall and 3,426 startups have come to seek consultations, among which 363 enterprises have signed deep cooperation agreements with service agencies and 80 startups completed their establishment at the one-stop certificate-handling counter.

2.VPark
Vpark is located in the Yizhuang Discrict in the southeast of the city in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA), promoted as one of the main economic development and investment initiative by the Beijing municipal government.
Inside BDA, Vpark is a technology park mainly dedicated to innovative internet companies and startups with 31 buildings including its headquarters, buildings for SMEs and incubators. VPark is especially renowned for its incubator based on the concept of Internet plus Industry. 25 out of 85 companies have been matured and resettled in office buildings, with 14 of them owning High-Tech Enterprise certificate, covering 56% of all. 50 companies have at least one Independent Intellectual Property Rights (IIPR), accounting 47.62% in total.

3.Fundamental Industrial Training Center of Tsinghua University
This is a unit of the School of Mechanical Engineering and a national comprehensive engineering training experimental center. It serves for the cognition practice, machinery manufacturing practice and electronic technology practice, as the main base for the student engineering training and practical teaching. This is also a key teacher training base for the national vocational education stipulated by the Ministry of Education, an open laboratory of the capital science and technology platform, as well as a designated base for the metalworking practice and the electronic technology practice in Beijing.

4.Beijing’s Future Science City (FSC)
Located in northern Changping District, it is known as one of the first pilot smart cities in China, the people-oriented FSC focuses on innovation, openness, low-carbon and symbiosis. Changping enjoys great strengths in sustainable development due to its advantageous geographical location, as well as its strong talent pool backed by dozens of higher education institutions and more than 100 research centers. Located adjacent to Zhongguancun Science Park (Z-Park), China’s innovation hub, the district is a magnet to innovation-focused enterprises and talented personnel. Two companies can be visited during the tour: the China Oil & Foodstuffs Corporation leading agribusinesses between the major production areas and the emerging markets, the Beijing New Building Material, a state enterprise representing the China’s largest domestic manufacturing base for new building materials.
