D.RE.A.M. Academy Design and REsearch in Advanced Manufacturing International Advanced training Programme
CALL for selection of participants in the Advanced Training Programme D.RE.A.M. Academy, Design and Research in Advanced Manufacturing.
D.RE.A.M. Academy is an eight months length learning programme focusing on four research areas:
Architecture and Advanced Manufacturing; Biomedical Science; Fashion & Design; Cultural Heritage and Museum Installations.
REGISTRATION AND DEADLINE
The following documents shall be enclosed to the application:
1. A project abstract highlighting main research guidelines and the concept of research, the research
area and other aspects the candidate intends to develop during the programme. The abstract should
have a maximum length of two A4 sheets. Attachments are appreciated . The document shall
clearly indicate:
a) The area in which the participant intends to develop his research (Architecture and
Advanced Manufacturing; Biomedical Science; Fashion and Design; Cultural Heritage and
Museum installations);
b) The related sector : Digital Fabrication, Advanced Robotic Manufacturing, Data Meaning
and the Internet of Everything;
2. Curriculum Vitae of the applicant: the document shall include any relevant certification o
qualification acquired. Command of English at level B1 of the Common European Framework of
Reference for Languages is mandatory;
3. Reference letter by a third person certifying the quality of the abstract submitted;
4. Portfolio with the most relevant works or publications related to the themes of research;
5. Photocopy of ID card or passport of the applicant.
Deadline for applications is March 17th, 2017 at 12.00 (Rome local time).
All documents shall be produced in English.
