Città della Scienza participates in the 4th NAMES General Assembly in Bursa, Turkey, the Network of Science Centres in North Africa and Middle East (November 7th to 9th) -; Vincenzo Lipardi – Chief Executive Officer -and Anne Marie Bruyas – International Relations will be there. The theme is “Innovation: Revisiting your Mind.” including sessions and parallel workshops: “Educate to Innovate”, “Innovate to Reach,” “Science Behind Innovation” and “Innovation and Society”. Vincenzo Lipardi, involved on the session “Innovate to Educate”, will show and debate about Città della Scienza’ s activities that have been performing for over twenty years; focusing on Logically, a project Logically realized in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.
Names wants to provide professional development for the science center field in the region of North Africa and Middle East. NAMES aims to promote best practices to support effective communication and strengthen the position of Science Centres in the community.
