Access and visit procedures
In accordance with new Government regulations, from 10 January 2022 visitors are required to show their Super Green Pass, together with a valid identity document, to access the Interactive Museum and Planetarium of Città della Scienza.
To enter the Planetarium, visitors must wear an FFP2 mask.
These rules do not apply to children under 12 years of age, but we recommend the use of the FFP2 mask.
BE CAREFUL IF YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKET ONLINE. IN THIS CASE, A REFUND OF THE TICKET IS NOT GUARANTEED.
The staff will check the validity of the Super Green Pass and the correct use of the FFP2 mask.
FOR ACCESS TO THE INTERACTIVE MUSEUM
From 10 January 2022 the Super Green Pass is mandatory (vaccination or recovery).
FOR ACCESS TO 3D PLANETARIUM AND NEWTON HALL
Visitors are required to show their Super Green Pass, along with valid ID, and wear an FFP2 mask to enter the Planetarium and Newton Hall. Super Green Passes are not required for children under 12 years of age.
The provisions do not apply to children under 12 years of age and persons with specific medical certification.

The anti-Covid safety rules continue to apply to everyone: a temperature measurement is required for admission, and it is compulsory to wear a mask from the age of 6 and up, as well as respect for interpersonal distance. Sanitising gel dispensers are positioned along the exhibition route and at the entrance to the planetarium.
Visitors can stay in the exhibition areas for as long as they wish and interact directly with the exhibits, even without a guide.
