Summer with us! 15 and 16 June at Museum!

Summer is finally on! Temperatures have increased significantly. In fact, we feel that scent of heat on our skin, sweating. But what is the heat? What is the relationship between heat and temperature? We will reveal any curiosity about thermodynamics through numerous exciting and amusing laboratories, among which “Che caldo!”, In which we will realize simple and intuitive experiments to understand the meaning of perceived temperature, observing that the strategies of the thermos to avoid exchanging heat are the same ofour bodies, and “The” temperature “of colors”, where we will analyze the differences between warm and cold colors, discovering how to combine them; multiple practical demonstrations; as well as interesting experiments and interactive games. Furthermore, on Sunday, at 10:30 am, the conference “From the Phlegraean Fields to Mars: research at the Grotta del Cane” will be held in the Sol Lewitt Hall.
