ExpoGate: World Design and Nutrition, April 6th -10th Milan

Meetings and workshops, held in Gate Expo, organized by the Polytechnic of Milan and the Second University of Naples, investigate perspectives on nutrition from various points of view, to provide a broad and complex knoweldge on the issue.
An exhibition of prototypes explores innovation in cooking methods, conservation and eating habits, underlining the need for change. Experience show that this is possible and desirable.
