Call for the assignment of the “Luigi Frunzio” award.

The District Council of the National Magistrates Association promotes an award dedicated to the memory of Luigi Frunzio, Assistant Prosecutor of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Naples who died last March, in order to continue his commitment in promoting the culture of legality in schools.

Thus “Luigi Frunzio prize” intended for secondary school students in the province of Naples who are called to express themselves on the concept of legality and the promotion of the values ​​of justice through the creation of a creative work. The works can be produced in the most appropriate form of expression (figurative letter, theatrical, cinematographic or other), accompained with an explicative  relationship.

An examining commission made up of district magistrates and representatives of civil society will evaluate the works and nominate three winning schools. The prize consists of the total sum of 5.000 euros (which will be divided among the first three winning schools), which the District Council of Naples undertakes to pay to the winning institution through the acquisition of literary, multimedia or instrumentation works, which the school manager will take care to provide, illustrating the reasons for the choice and the need for the didactics acquired.
