REMEMBERING
MARCO SENESE

It was just  a short days after that damn March 4, 2013 – when our Science Centre was set on fire – that we meet Marco Senese, an engineer with whom we had an immediate feeling.
He was shiny, with great enthusiasm, with great desire “to give”, rational, tough; but at the same time he was kind, soft, a gentleman: a rare person to find in our life.
Marco came to Citttà della Scienza with a clear vision: as member of the Board of Inarcassa Foundation, he wished to propose to the idea – innovative – to sponsor the costs and premiums for the competition act to design our new Science Centre.
The idea got us excited too, and found immediate acclaim at Inarcassa Foundation, which – thanks to a task force there which even Marco was part – put in place a procedure which proved to be an excellence in Italy because its transparency and enhancement of young professionals.
In this process Marco Senese was always very close, and he did it with grace and politeness that were his own characteristic.
Three years have passed since then, and think that from now we’ll have to work and live without Marco, his advice, his smiles and his skills, there is really hard.
Hello Mark, we already miss you!
Vittorio
