Sharing ideas for the new Exhibit FabLab of Città della Scienza
Designing the new Exhibit Fablab of Città della Scienza is the goal of the international workshop held on Dcember 4 and 5 at Città della Scienza on the occasion of the visit in Naples of Mary Leen and Brindha Muniappan from MIT Museum in Boston.
The workshop was sponsored by Città della Scienza, in partnership with the MIT Museum, Science Center of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, as part of a Italy-USA cooperation project financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs .
The workshop was aimed at sharing, with MIT Museum, experts, designers, makers, businesses, ideas and proposals for the realization of the Exhibit FabLab of Città della Scienza, a work program funded by the Ministry of Education as part of the reconstruction plan for Città della Scienza, now at the starting line.
After a first day devoted to the presentation of the experience of MIT Museum and to the study of the dynamics of development of FabLabs at a national and international scale, in the second day participants worked in thematic groups to develop working proposals.
