On February the 20th at Città della Scienza will be presented to the press the results of “DERFRAM.” Project. The project leader “Gio Sole” of Capua (CE), has developed a derivative production of fruit grown with the use of natural enemies. The first fruit juices, “beyond organic” with reduced content of mycotoxins and pesticide residues have become a reality thanks to the research covered by the activities of the Rural Development Program of the Campania Region and implemented by universities and CNR.
The project DERFRAM, launched in November 2010, has strong content of innovation and has the power to bring to market products with excellent sensory quality.
