3giorni per la Scuola – Gnam Village activities

During the new edition of  3 Days for School - to be held in Città della Scienza from October 25th -27th, 2017 – Gnam Village presents “How it will be”, the Mediterranean Diet Training and Teaching Center for school / work alternation projects school year 2017/2018 and for post-school education on food and narration trades. Three days with a daily demonstration of two hours, with history, culture, nutritional properties, gastronomy, narration.  And a final tasting at the end of each day.

The initiative is aimed at teachers, for up to 50 people. Booking is free but obligatory -  by 11.30 am every day -. During the two-hour duration of the demo, participants will be able to live in a concrete way all the topics that will be delivered within the 40-hour minimum course.

Tuesday October 25th

 Pulcinella’s Table

Learning about social differences, historical paths,  realization and the modes of narrative of seventeenth-century Neapolitan recipes. The course will be presented by chef Antonio Tubelli, who will produce a classic Neapolitan soup in collaboration with the producers of Mediterranee Passioni, by Giovanni Serritelli, Professor Gabriele Riccardi and Pasquale Strazzullo of the Federico II University. Approaching the two great problems of current time: excessive sugar and excess salt. A Theatre Lab “La Fame di Pulcinella” by   En Kai Pan Cooperative and Luca Gatta, actor and director. In collaboration with the State Professional Institute for Hotel and Restaurant Services Duca di Buonvicino.


Thursday October 26th

12.30 – 2.30 pm


Learning about history and culture of the pizza, they will discover the techniques of processing and will be able to create tools for spreading the material.

Friday October 27th
