Città della Scienza doesn’t go on holidays – For extraordinary works, Città della Scienza will be closed to the public from Monday 30th July to Monday 3rd September

The exhibition areas of Città della Scienza will close from July 30th to September 3rd to allow maintenance and renovation works in the exhibition areas.
The summer break will be an opportunity to open the yard of ideas and set-ups and prepare new extraordinary surprises for the autumn.

In fact, October will open with a series of big events, the first of which will be the 3 Days for School – STEAM, the national convention dedicated to the world of the school that will take place on October 10th, 11th and 12th,  2018 attended by Italian schools of every order and degree – together with companies that produce products and services for schools and training, associations, public institutions – discuss the best practices and the meaning of educational innovation and the use of new technologies.

From October 22nd to 24th, Città della Scienza will host the China Italy Science, Technology e Innovation Week,  the program of scientific and technological cooperation between Italy and China that  Città della Scienza has been promoting and managing since 2006 and which today represents the framework in which Italy and China collaborate on the themes of Research and Innovation, under the aegis of their respective Governments.

The exhibition spaces will finally reopen to the public with the great annual Futuro Remoto exhibition. A journey between science and science fiction, one of the most important outreach events of the scientific and technological culture of the Italian and European scene, RI-GENERATIONS will be the central issue of this big event to be held from November 8th  to 11th in Città della Scienza and in other places in Naples.
