From Barcelona to Città della Scienza – A charity event in Spain

On Saturday, April 20 in Barcelona at the center Pou de la Figuera took place “Restarting from you. From Barcelona to Città della Scienza”, a charity event to raise funds for the reconstruction of Città della Scienza in Naples organized by the Taranta association for the promotion of culture and the Cultural Centre “Ama l’Italiano”, in collaboration with Laboratorium Teatro Bcn, Altra Italia, the Theater of Barcelona and the Museum of Mathematics in Catalonia, and with the patronage of the City of Naples and the Italian Institute of Culture in Barcelona.

From 4 to 10 p.m., with the presence of the assessor for Trade and Productive Activities of the City of Naples, Marco Esposito, as well as representatives of the Italian Institute of Culture in Barcelona and about 300 spectators who filled the hall of the civic center, many actors and musicians of various nationalities have made a show of solidarity dedicated to Città della Scienza.

Among the many artists who have joined the initiative, giving their contribution and a sign of closeness to the city of Naples and its culture, there were the Neapolitan actor and director Sergio Sivori, the band Questioni Meridionali Folk, the singer-songwriter Alessio Arena, the Catalan musician Jordi Pèlach.
