The third edition of Napoli Bike Festival will be held from 09/12 to 09/14 in the urban park of Mostra d’Oltremare in Naples, that confirms its role of oasis of bicycles. More and more Neapolitan citizens are choosing bicycles as a cultural expression. The festival, promoted by Napoli Pedala Association with the support of the City of Naples, is co-produced by Mostra d’Oltremare and in partnership with Città della Scienza. After the success of the last edition with about 10,000 visitors, this year is dedicated to the theme of Cycle Routes.
On an area of over 60 hectares, the three-day event includes sports competitions, workshops on the art of bicycle maintenance, demonstration of bike jump, trail & pump track, the science of cycling, debates, concerts, art installations and an area dedicated to children with reading workshops, courses for learning to ride a bike, theater, itinerant games and treasure hunt on bikes.
