NEW MEASURES FOR THE ACCESS TO THE MUSEUM

Modalities of access and visit
From next 1 May until 15 June 2022, with the entry into force of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health of 28 April 2022, the use of at least surgical masks is compulsory to access the interactive museum of Città della Scienza. The Science City Management recommends, if possible, the use of FFP2 masks.

For access to the Planetarium and for all events in Sala Newton visitors must wear FFP2 masks.
These rules do not apply to children under the age of 12, but the use of FFP2 masks is always recommended.

Staff will check that the FFP2 mask is being used correctly. For visitors who may not have one, they can be purchased at the Città della Scienza Shop.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU BUY YOUR TICKET ONLINE. IN THIS CASE, A REFUND OF THE TICKET IS NOT GUARANTEED.

The anti-Covid safety rules continue to apply to everyone: a temperature measurement is required for admission, and it is compulsory to wear a mask from 6 years of age and upwards, and to respect interpersonal distance. Sanitising gel dispensers are positioned along the exhibition route and at the entrance to the planetarium.
Visitors can stay in the exhibition areas for as long as they wish and interact directly with the exhibits, even without a guide.

For schools, booking is compulsory by calling 0817352222 or writing to contact@cittadellascienza.it, as usual.

Please note that the 3D Planetarium projections are suspended until pandemic-related safety conditions allow the use of polarised glasses again. We apologise to our visitors.
