Arts pathway

Since its establishment, Fondazione Idis-Città della Scienza recognizes a key role to arts, working to strengthen dialogue between arts and science, ensuring an exchange between these two fields. The relationship between arts and science is one of the keys to the reading of the Science Centre pathways, through historical and artistic references to scientific issues, exhibits realized for studying the scientific phenomena and temporary exhibitions by emerging young artists.

The Science Centre has hosted temporary exhibitions of many artists, such as Berrocal, Mario Canali, Mario Ceroli, Piero Fogliati, Paola Levi Montalcini, Fabrizio Plessi. Today it hosts permanent exhibitions of Studio Azzurro, Norman Tuck, Dani Karavan, David Rokeby, Sol Lewitt and suggests constantly new emerging or well-known artists in temporary exhibitions.
