The exhibition-workshop NanoWorld comes from the NanoToTouch project, funded by the European Commission in order to realize exhibition areas where the citizens can do a direct experience with the field of nanotechnology. The NanoWorld area shows the most advanced results in the European scientific research, involving the young visitors to take part into the public discussion about these new fields of science and technology.
In the exhibition you can see texts about basic notions for understanding the nanoworld, objects realized with nanomaterials, such as solar cells, nanonmetric chips, stain-resistant and antioxidant materials, biocompatible implants, new generation cosmetic products, ferrofluids and much more.
