New Exhibits from San Francisco’s Exploratorium

From December 2, the Science Centre of Città della Scienza will be enriched with new interactive exhibits coming from San Francisco’s Exploratorium, the forerunner of the new generation of science museums, where visitors can directly experience Physics and Science in general by using highly spectacular machines and devices.

The Exploratorium, born in 1968 from the idea of experimental physicist Frank Oppenheimer, is also a leader in the creation of interactive exhibits. To show its support to Città della Scienza in the reconstruction process of the Science Centre, it has sent us some of its most dramatic exhibits on light, magnetism, waves, acoustic phenomena. Students and families will be able to engage in a fun way with the laws of physics, to make science available to everyone!
