CLARIFICATION ABOUT OPTIONAL SERVICES
It is clarified that for optional professional services, the hardware is to be considered the responsibility of the Supplier who will provide it configured and installed under the “Next Business Day” formula to replace the malfunctioning one, for a maximum duration of 60 days.

Question no. 1: with reference to the software for the monitoring activity (see Special Tender Specifications Par. 3.1.1 p. 3) we ask for confirmation that the monitoring software is Zabbix instead of OpenNMS as inferred during the inspection.

Response to Question No. 1
It is confirmed that the monitoring software is Zabbix. OpenNMS is a typo present only in paragraph 3.1.1 of the Tender Specifications but in the other paragraphs it always refers to the right sofrware Zabbix.


Question no. 2: with reference to software for the monitoring activity (see Special Tender Specifications Par. 3.1.1 p. 3), confirmation is requested that the monitoring software is Zabbix (instead of OpenNMS) and RT will have to be provided and configured from scratch by the contractor.

Response to Question No. 2
It is confirmed that both Zabbix and RT must be provided from scratch by the successful bidder.
The Idis Foundation will provide the physical or Virtual space (VmWare infrastructure) for the location of Servers containing the Software provided by the successful bidder.


Question no. 3: with reference to section 3.1.2 of the Special Tender Specifications, we request the opportunity to know the rate of on-site interventions and the number of remote interventions during the last year.

Based on the history of data found by the monitoring systems currently in Idis Foundation, the following is requested :
32 on-site maintenance interventions
352 remote interventions.
