QUESTION 1 – Should the surety bond be made out to the University of Naples or Fondazione IDIS Città della Scienza?

ANSWER 1 – The surety bond should be made out to Fondazione IDIS.

QUESTION 2 – It is asked whether, as an alternative to sending the paper envelope containing the bid, all digitally signed documentation can be transmitted by pec.

ANSWER 2 – No, only the paper procedure is provided.

QUESTION 3 – WHEREAS, in the Tender Specifications in Art. AWARD CRITERIA, the modalities on how the economic score attribution is calculated are not defined, but rather the maximum score of 25 points is only split. We ask if it is possible to have, in more detail, this attribution being the tender a Most Advantageous Bid procedure

RESPONSE 3 – The formula for assigning the economic score for each bidder is as follows:
P=Pmax+ (Roff/Rmaxoff)
– Pmax corresponds to the Maximum Score
– Roff corresponds to the Bid Reduction (understood as the difference between the auction base and the price
offered)
– Rmaxoff corresponds to the Maximum Bid Reduction (understood as the difference between the auction base and
minimum price offered

QUESTION 4 – regarding the open procedure in question, ……, we are asking for clarification regarding paragraph 14. of the tender specifications. On pg.20, it is indicated what to attach in case of subcontracting, in point 2, there is to be produced at the expense of the subcontractor a supplementary declaration, in which it is indicated “in the terms indicated under Error. Reference source was not found” Is it possible to indicate the correct sentence?
