Body Communication FAQ

Question 1:
The CIG indicated in the Specification does not appear to be managed by Avcp. It is therefore impossible to go ahead with the procedure for issuing the PASSoe. What to do.

Answer:
Article 9 of the specification should be considered annulled, the possession of the requirements will be verified by this Contracting Station on the basis of the declarations provided. Therefore, the PASSoe requirement in Art. 10 should also be considered annulled.

Question 2:
In the case of a snc with more than one managing partner, is it sufficient for only one of them to complete the application (filling in the fields in 1.a, regarding the other partners)?

Answer:
The application is to be filled out by those who have representation, the other figures, including directors with powers of representation, must fill out Annex 7.

Question 3:
In reference to the tender “Concept and graphic design of the communication campaign of Corporea – the Museum of the Human Body and 3D Planetarium and “to what is stated on the Tender Specifications on page 3, art. 2, please specify what is meant by the plan of communication actions: does it refer to the communication strategy underlying the national media plan to be submitted or otherwise in addition to the creative development of the campaign (choice of concept, visual and pay off in reference to target and objectives, etc.).

Response:
A plan of communication actions does not mean a communication strategy underlying the national media plan but a strategy related to the creative development of the campaign; as specified in the notice, it is required to define the objectives of the actions and the target audience as well as the content and strategy of the information and communication actions.

Question 3_1:
with reference to the technical bid BUSTA B, can an attachment (e.g.apparatus datasheet) be added to the technical bid document (max 27 pages)?
Response: The documentary part that exceeds the requirements of the specification will not be considered by the committee.

Question 3_2:
with reference to the economic offer ENVELOPE C, to detail the unit costs of the goods and services offered, is Annex 5 amended, or is an additional document appropriate?
Response: the template to be used for cost details is at the discretion of the participant

Question 3_3:
with reference to the economic offer BUNDLE C, should the company costs concerning compliance with health and safety provisions be detailed?
Answer: no
