The sky above… Città della Scienza | International Astronomy Day

During the weekend of May 3 and 4, you can observe solar spots, flares and spicules through the telescope! You’ll learn how to orient yourself in the sky and learn more about our Solar System and stars…in these times of a renewed race for the Moon, Space.
In 1973 in California, for the first time in the world, several telescopes were installed in public places to allow everyone to peer into space. To commemorate that initiative, Città della Scienza will celebrate International Astronomy Day by offering several activities as part of the ESERO Italy educational program.
