What an invention the kite is!

OFF TOPIC A creative and scientific workshop, preceded by a brief illustration of the technical and scientific aspects of kites, in which children will be able to build a real kite using simple materials such as paper, wooden slats and string. During the workshop activity, they will interactively discover the scientific principles that enable a kite to fly: we will talk about air, wind, force and resistance, and understand together why some shapes fly better than others. At the end, if conditions allow, children will be able to try flying their kites together with their parents.
