Fondazione IDIS-Città della Scienza (Institute for the Diffusion and Enhancement of Scientific Culture), headquartered in Naples at Via Coroglio 104 and 57, C.F. 95005580634- P.IVA 05969960631, is an entity dependent on the Campania Region and operates in the field of scientific culture dissemination. As part of the activities provided for in its Statute, it implements activities of promotion, planning and management of information, guidance and professional, managerial, specialized and continuous training, promotion of the creation and development of new entrepreneurship, support for the development of innovation processes and internationalization of SMEs, dissemination and enhancement of scientific culture, in order to promote the construction of a knowledge-based economy, capable of creating real and quality work and greater social cohesion.

This call is aimed at the selection of candidates for the position of planner for the development activities of the Campania Sea District to be hired with a full-time fixed-term employment contract for a duration of 4 months, presumed effective September 1, 2024, with grade level 2. The CCNL of reference is Commerce, Distribution and Services. However, the classification level will be determined according to the candidate’s actual experience and skills, verified during the interview, with respect to the assigned role. The Foundation reserves the right to scroll through the approved competition list if it proves necessary to hire additional figures, compared to the one put out to tender by this notice.

Requirements:
The following general requirements are required for admission to the cali, which must be possessed on the date of the deadline for submission of the application. The same must also be possessed on the date of the stipulation of the individual employment contract:
– Italian citizenship; Italians who do not belong to the Republic are equated to citizens .
Citizens of member states of the European Union may have access to the posts put up for selection, regardless of the above requirement, observing the limits and procedures provided for in art. 38 of D. Lvo n.165/2001;
– possession of a master’s degree or old-school degree in economics: Economics or Management Engineering;
– a proven experience of at least three years in a similar position;
– complete the profile ability to work in a team, pred isposition to work for objectives, initiative and organizational skills, orientation towards innovation, aptitude for problem solving;
knowledge of project management methodologies;
– knowledge of the English language certified, at least B1;
– physical fitness to perform the functions to which the competition refers. This requirement will be ascertained before recruitment to the post;
– Enjoyment of civil and political rights;
– not having been dismissed or discharged from employment with a public administration for persistent inadequate performance, or dismissed for disciplinary reasons in accordance with the regulations or contractual provisions governing the matter, or not having been declared disqualified from employment following the finding that the employment itself was obtained through the production of false documents or documents with non-recoverable invalidity, or, in any case, by fraudulent means;
– not having been convicted of criminal offenses, which have become final, for offenses that result in disqualification from public office, nor having pending criminal proceedings or being subject to measures that prevent, under current provisions, the establishment of employment relations with the public administration.
An aptitude-technical interview is scheduled for participants who are found to have eligible qualifications for selection, and who have
correctly submitted their applications.

Application.
The application for this call, written in Italian and on plain paper, should be addressed to:

Human Resources and must be received – under penalty of exclusion – by pec to the address: ru.idis@legalmail.it indicating in the subject line: Designer Distretto Mare Fondazione ldis – Città della Scienza, by the peremptory deadline of July 8, 2024 – 1:00 pm. Late submission will not be considered. Applicants whose applications have been prepared, submitted or sent by other means than those indicated above are not eligible to participate in this cali.
Fondazione ldis – Città della Scienza, for justified needs of public interest, reserves the right to extend, before the deadline, the deadline for the submission of applications and/or to reopen the deadline set by this cali for the submission of applications, as well as to proceed to revocation at any stage of the selection process.
The application must be completed in the form of a declaration in lieu of certification made pursuant to Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree No. 445 of December 28, 2000, attesting to the possession of the requirements prescribed by the notice, as well as the evaluable titles and the educational and professional curriculum. The same must be printed, signed by the candidate and sent, together with the other documents indicated later in this article, via pec. In the event of multiple submissions of the application, the application sent last will be taken into consideration, the previous ones being understood to be fully and definitively revoked and of no effect.
Failure to sign the application, as well as the curriculum to be attached, is to be understood as remedied only where the submission is made by pec identifying the candidate.

In the application, applicants must state:
a. the surname, first name, date and place of birth and, if Italian citizens born abroad, the Italian municipality in whose civil status registers the birth certificate was transcribed;
b. tax code;
c. the residence, with the exact indication of the zip code number, as well as the telephone number, e-mail address and certified e-mail address, at which they request to receive communications related to this cali, with the commitment to make any changes known in a timely manner;
d. The enjoyment of civil and political rights;
e. that they have not been dismissed or discharged from employment with a public administration for persistent inadequate performance, or dismissed for disciplinary reasons in accordance with the regulations or contractual provisions governing the matter, or have not been declared disqualified from employment following the finding that the employment itself was obtained through the production of false documents or documents with non-recoverable invalidity, or, in any case, by fraudulent means;
f. that he/she has not been convicted of any criminal offenses, which have been res judicata, involving the disqualification
from public office, nor have pending criminal proceedings against him/her or be subject to measures that prevent, in accordance with current provisions, the establishment of employment relations with the public
administration;
g. That they possess physical fitness for employment;
h. The possession of the requirements stipulated in this cali;
i. The possession of the degree with explicit indication of the date of achievement, the university and the grade obtained.

With the application for participation in the selection, the candidate should attach:
a. the educational and professional curriculum, filled out according to the standard Europass model, dated and signed with authorization to the processing of data ex D.Lgs . 196/03, containing all useful information to assess the training and professional activities. In particular, it must be clearly and unambiguously specified:
– for educational qualifications: the exact indication of the name of the qualifications held including any specializations, doctorate and master’s level, with date, place of achievement and evaluation reported,
– for any previous experience : the exact indication of the positions held and the related duties, institutions, locations and periods in which the activities were carried out,
– all the elements useful to evaluate the skills described in the curriculum,
– the knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) with indication of the level and certification possessed;

b. Uncertified photostatic copy of a personal identification document;
c. any documentation proving the initiation of the procedural process, pursuant to Article 38 of the D.Lgs. 165/2001, for the equivalence of one’s foreign qualification if the case exists.
