Question 1
Regarding sub-criterion 6.4 “performance improvement and operating cost reduction interventions (fixed and non-fire extinguishing systems, mechanical systems, etc.) to be borne entirely by the proponent and of a permanent nature.”
Please clarify what is meant by this specific element of the Technical Design.

Response
This means any interventions that the applicant considers proposing as improvements to existing facilities. Improvements are defined as those interventions that the firm proposes at its own expense and therefore at no additional cost to the contracting station.

Question 2
In document 2-CDS-MDA-Disciplinary-CIG-86559403A8 – Technical Offer Evaluation Table – Point 5.3. It is reported, “Indication of any quality certificates held in compliance with UNI CEI
ISO standards, other than those referred to in points 5.1 and 5.2 above, issued by accredited bodies, which should be attached to the technical report in a true copy of the original.” It is asked whether the certificate under the SA8000 Standard is valid for scoring purposes-as normally provided in all calls for tenders-or not. It is also requested to specify the reason why it should not be valid.

Question 3
In document 3-CDS-MDA-Chapter-Special-Performance-Point Garrison and Technical Assistance with
measured consideration. It is reported, “Presidio and assistance services, on the other hand, are understood to be the set of specialized technical support activities, such as, by way of example but not limited to, assistance during control inspections (equipment subject to CCV, VVF, ISPESL etc.) or the garrisoning of technological installations during events and/or events taking place at the Città della Scienza District .” But in document 4-CDS-MDA-03-List-prices-units the
unit price of the service “garrisoning of technological facilities during events and/or events ” is not listed, nor is it broken down by any categories of expenditure (hours/qualified human resources, etc.).

As stated in Sec. 2 generalities, p. 5, the above-mentioned activities, with measured consideration, will be defined and entrusted from time to time, based on the actual specific needs and financial availability of the Contracting Station.

Question 4
With reference to the above, please clarify the following: among the documentation to be attached to the application, Vs application form A, it appears to be attached the payment of the ANAC contribution, but from the ANAC website at the tender CIG it appears that the amount of the contribution you know equal to zero, so what should be attached?

This is a typo in the application form, however, what is stated in the Tender Specifications in point 15. (Contents of Envelope “A” – Administrative Documentation) applies.
