technical and professional capacity requirements set forth in Section 9.4 of the
tender specifications in question.

also to be understood as extraordinary maintenance services carried out

civil and naval sectors ?

Answer
Yes

Question no. 2:
With reference to question No. 1,
the answer is positive even if the maintenance services performed by the writer and duly substantiated, does not include conducting as stated in the subject of the tender notice?

Answer:
as stated in the tender specifications in point 9.4, “to participate in the tender, companies must have gained significant and adequate experience in the field covered by the contract having performed in the three years prior to the publication of the notice, services similar to the one being tendered for a total value at least equal to the tender base.”
Therefore, it must be similar services to maintenance and conduction with third party charge.
The tender committee will consider whether the proven experiences, as reported in the list of services performed or in the contracts and invoices in true copies of the original, are to be considered effectively similar and therefore acceptable as technical and professional requirements.
