Question No. 1<\/b> I hold a Law Degree, awarded on 16.12.1999 at the University of Salerno. For the purpose of the correct preparation of the application for participation in the Notice de quo, I ask for confirmation that my Law Degree is equivalent to the degree “L-16 (Science of Administration and Organization)”, ex multis, provided for by the Ministerial Decree (MIUR) of 20.5.1991, being, moreover, the latter a Bachelor’s Degree. I also ask, to what further qualifications put up for Competition, is my Law Degree equivalent. <\/h4>\n

Answer:<\/strong>With reference to the ministerial tables “EQUIPARATION BETWEEN CLASSES OF DEGREES DM 509 AND CLASSES OF DEGREES DM 270” with regard to the degrees he writes about, there is no equivalency<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Question No. 2<\/b> I hold a master’s degree in communication sciences (LM-92), but not a bachelor’s degree, can I still apply for areas c.11 – c.15 – c.16 of the notice in question?<\/h4>\n
