Fondazione Idis-Citt\u00e0 della Scienza is seeking staff for the position of general accounting and finance operations manager to be hired under an open-ended employment contract, presumed effective Feb. 22, 2023, with grade level at least 1st and at most Q. The CCNL of reference is Commerce, Distribution and Services. The classification level will be determined according to the candidate’s actual experience and skills, verified during the interview, with respect to the assigned role. <\/p>\n\n

The placement is in the u.o. Administration in the General Accounting and Finance office. The resource will have operational responsibility for the conduct and execution of the activities of the General and Financial Accounting office, seeing to the proper completion of all related legal requirements. Three units are employed in the General Accounting and Finance office and will be required to work under the coordination of the position sought. The resource will have to ensure accounting operations, guaranteeing the correct accounting of administrative facts and the keeping of compulsory books, compliance with all administrative requirements provided for by the civil and fiscal regulations in force, the control and planning of financial flows, drawing up the financial plan, and arranging the relevant payments authorized by Top Management; taking care of the preparatory operations for the preparation of the financial statements; ensuring, also making use of the contribution of external consultants, the correct and timely care of tax compliance (VAT settlement and updating of accounting books) and preparing what is necessary for the preparation of tax returns in compliance with current regulations.<\/p>\n\n

FAQ – Selection of Operational Manager for General Accounting and Finance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

FAQ 1:<\/strong> With reference to the subject, I would like to ask you whether an application has already been prepared or it can be prepared on plain paper independently.<\/p>\n\n

RESPONSE:<\/strong><\/strong> In reference to your request, please refer to point 2 of the call “Operational Manager General Accounting and Finance” which you will find on our website at the link https:\/\/www.cittadellascienza.it\/call\/#tab-1674120244986-2-9 <\/a>where no template is provided but everything that needs to be indicated in it is given.<\/p>\n\n

FAQ 2:<\/strong> From the advertisement I read the grade level. Can you tell me in economic terms what the gross is? <\/p>\n\n

Acknowledgement:<\/strong> As stated in the text of the call the grading is at least 1st and at most Q of the relevant CCNL, Commerce, Distribution and Services.Therefore for the Q level the gross monthly salary is as follows:– Basic salary \u20ac 1,896.64– Functional allowance \u20ac 260.76– Contingency \u20ac 540.37– E.D.R. \u20ac 2.07– E.B.N. \u20ac 7.31——-Total \u20ac 2,707.15============<\/p>\n\n

Therefore, for Level I, the gross monthly salary is as follows:– Basic salary \u20ac 1,708.49– Contingency \u20ac 537.52– E.D.R. \u20ac 2.07– E.B.N. \u20ac 6.73——-Total \u20ac 2,254.81<\/p>\n\n

FAQ 2a:<\/strong> So the monthly gross is between 2200 and 2700? for how many months per year? <\/p>\n\n

Acknowledgement:<\/strong> As indicated in the call, the CCNL is Tertiary Trade which provides 14 monthly payments per year. The monthly salary fluctuates between the two indicated according to the contractual classification. <\/p>\n\n

FAQ 3:<\/strong><\/strong> This is to ask, in relation to this selection, whether an appropriate self-certification form has been prepared<\/p>\n\n

FAQ 4:<\/strong> I would like to know whether smart working is used for this position and what are the expected working hours.<\/p>\n\n

RESPONSE:<\/strong> Currently, Fondazione IDIS is using smart working only in cases where there is a specific legal obligation, i.e. for frail workers for whom as of today the use is foreseen until March 31, 2023.Regarding the hours, the Fondazione observes the 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule with a 30-minute lunch break from Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n\n

FAQ 5:<\/strong> Is prior experience required or is a good resume and learning with an initial shadowing period sufficient?<\/p>\n\n

RESPONSE:<\/strong> The requirements for participation in the call General Accounting and Finance Operations Manager are set out in item 1 thereof, in which, among others – proven experience of at least five years in a similar position is required.<\/p>\n\n
