Fondazione IDIS – Citt\u00e0 della Scienza publishes a call for applications for inclusion in the Foundation’s Specialist and Technical Skills Register to carry out communication activities Project Esero Italia (ESA ESERO Project 2023\/2025, funded by ESA under Contract Change “CCN1” referred to ESA Funding Contract No. 4000135999 signed on 12\/15\/2021).<\/strong>Deadline for submitting applications registration to pec albocompetetenzeidis@legalmail.it : 12\/16\/2024 10:00 a.m.<\/strong> As part of the ESERO Italy<\/strong> project, you are required to carry out Work Package No. 4 activities as support for the development of effective strategies for the promotion and dissemination of teacher training modules, classroom resources and curriculum.The ultimate goal of the actions of WP4, coordinated by the Fondazione IDIS-Citt\u00e0 della Scienza, is to ensure broad accessibility to all content produced within the Project.The identified resource will support the Citt\u00e0 della Scienza team in updating and managing the ESERO Italy website and other social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) associated with the Project.<\/p>\n\n

Specifically, the activities planned in WP4 will be:<\/strong>\u25cf Development of the six-month Communication Plan;\u25cf Strategy for promotion and dissemination;\u25cf Management of Esero Italy Social Channels for promotion and dissemination;\u25cf Monitoring of the strategy;\u25cf Preparation of Activity Report.<\/p>\n\n

The main communication tools for the project’s promotion activities will be:<\/strong>\u25cf the website www.esero.it<\/a> (CMS WordPress);\u25cf ESERO Italia’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter);\u25cf Esero Italia YouTube channel dedicated to collecting documentation of some events, teasers and videos, etc.\u25cf a monthly newsletter that is sent to all teachers and stakeholders, including those who gradually sign up for activities.The tool for managing\/sending monthly newsletter dedicated to teachers and educators STEM disciplines is the Brevo Platform (formerly SendinBlue).<\/p>\n\n

The content to be communicated will basically be as follows:<\/strong>\u25cf news regarding the various activities (courses, meetings, etc.) that will take place within the project;\u25cf technical-scientific news, also useful to animate social channels;\u25cf educational materials and other documents including the publication of all news and original texts or the publication of relevant documents regarding project activities from ESA sources that will then be translated by the various partners.Regional School Offices and other stakeholders (e.g. teachers’ associations, school networks, etc.) will also be involved in the communication activities.<\/p>\n\n

In the context of the previously mentioned activities, we are looking for – for self-employment collaboration, with VAT number, approximately for the period from December 20, 2024 to December 31, 2025<\/strong>, The activity will be carried out mainly at Citt\u00e0 della Scienza in Naples.The total compensation<\/strong> expected is \u20ac 14,000.00 (fourteen thousand\/00 euros)<\/strong> plus VAT and including withholding taxes provided for by current regulations.<\/p>\n\n

Art.1.<\/strong> This call is aimed at the selection of candidates registered in the Foundation’s Specialist and Technical Skills Register at the following areas of expertise with junior level, (up to 5 years of experience):A.1 | Expert in media planning;A.3 | multimedia solutions\/audiovisual operator;A.4 |Expert in design and management of communication, animation and promotion events;A.5 | Concept and graphic design of communication products.<\/p>\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong>\u25cf certified knowledge of the content management system (CMS) WordPress;\u25cf certified knowledge of the online platform Canva;\u25cf certified knowledge in the role of Social Media Manager, with experience in the conception, implementation and management of content for social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) andrelated sponsorship activities;\u25cf knowledge of the SendinBlue\/Brevo online platform;\u25cf knowledge of the Magisto online platform;\u25cf experience in event organization activities;\u25cf knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Package and Microsoft Office Package.<\/p>\n\n

Art. 2 – Application<\/strong>Registration in the Roll must be made as per the regulations on the page www.cittadellascienza.it\/albo-delle-competenze\/, according to the instructions in the dedicated section.To participate specifically in this call, the pec must be sent no later than December 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to albocompetetenzeidis@legalmail.it,<\/strong> and have as subject: call resource communication Project Esero Italia<\/strong>, to be included in the first session of the committee’s consideration for inclusion in the roll.<\/p>\n\n

Incomplete and\/or unsigned applications will be disqualified.<\/p>\n\n
