The Hippocratic Oath ceremony, organized by the Order of Physicians and Dentists of Naples and Province, was held this morning, Monday, May 12, with 572 young doctors and dentists entering the profession, filling Newton Hall at Citt\u00e0 della Scienza. The ceremony, which was opened by President Dell’Ordine dei Medici Bruno Zuccarelli<\/strong>, with greetings from Citt\u00e0 della Scienza President Riccardo Villari<\/strong>, was attended by University Chancellors, President of the Campania Regional Council Vincenzo De Luca<\/strong>, The Prefect of Naples Michele di Bari<\/strong>, H.E. Francesco Beneduce<\/strong>, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archbishop of the Church of Naples, representing Cardinal Don Mimmo Battaglia; Professor Anna Maria Fierro<\/strong> representing the Director of the Regional School Office, Ettore Acerra. Special testimonial: actor Maurizio Casagrande<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

As always, great attention was paid to young people. It was no coincidence that the Medical Association wanted the ceremony to be attended by more than 100 young people from the various schools with which, following the memorandum of understanding with the Regional School Board, an information and training program is being carried out on sensitive topics related to the fragility of the adolescent age. Instead, Drs. Maria Teresa Petti and Marta Coppola<\/strong> read the oath. <\/p>\n\n
