As part of the World Milk Day, Gnam Village of Città della Scienza promotes together with the Associations of Quality Producers, such as Latte Nobile, and together with Federico II’s Veterinary Department and the IZSM of Portici a rich program of activities. On 1 June, from 10am to 6pm, Gnam Village will host workshops, practical demonstrations on milk, realization and taste of mozzarella. In the end milk will have no secrets and we will be able to better understand the differences. Free admission.
