The wonderful Japanese fine arts are back to Naples, in the Neapolitan place symbol of rebirth: Città della Scienza
On March 23rd and 24th the fourth edition of the “Kokoro-no Bonsai Ten 4.0” event will be hosted in the exclusive spaces of Corporea, the interactive museum of the human body, it is a special exhibition dedicated to bonsai, suiseki, and all other arts related to them.
Two intense days of exhibitions, workshops, seminars and conferences to reveal the secrets of the Japanese soul, mind and heart.
The event organized by Napoli Bonsai Club – under the patronage of the Municipality of Naples, NBSKE (Nippon Bonsai Sakka Kyookai Europe) and AIAS (Italian Association of Amateur Suiseki) – will present an accurate exhibition of bonsai, suiseki, kokedama, shitakusa and Kakejiku. “Amici del Napoli Bonsai Club”, several associations, experts and lovers will partecipate in the event helping and supporting the association concretely as well as Gianni Picella does – founding father of bonsaism – with his Award “I defend the olive tree”.

The program also features demonstrations and exhibitions of Shodō (Japanese calligraphy) by Francesco Morra, and the exhibition “The forms of life – Ulivi” created by photographer Pino Codispoti.

“Kokoro-no Bonsai Ten 4.0″, will be open to the public on Saturday 23 March from 09 to 5 pm, and Sunday from 10 to 6 pm, on the fourth floor of Corporea inside Città della Scienza.

Access to the exhibition is permitted to visitors holding the Science Center ticket.
