Saturday, February 24th with “Which kind of pasta are you? Come and  know your body composition”: through the use of bioimpedanceometry, a rapid and non-invasive method, you will have the possibility to measure your hydration status and to know the body composition in percentage terms of fat mass and lean mass.

How much does nutrition affect your mental and physical well-being? “What I do to feel good” find out how social relationships, nutrition, being active and the ability to express one’s emotions and to capture those of others are signs of healthy and harmonious growth.

Yoga comes at Città della Scienza! Sunday  February 25th: an opportunity not to be missed to learn more closely, practicing together, the philosophy of millennial science of Integral Yoga in a frame of excellence on the fourth floor of the Corporeal Museum. A special yoga session by Integral Yoga School of Naples, active in the city since 1986, as part of the project “Yoga for Museums, Museums for Yoga” held from January to June 2018 in important museums between Naples, Capri and Piano di Sorrento, in collaboration with the Campania Museum Pole, the Museum and Real Bosco di Capodimonte and the Councilorship for Culture and Tourism of the Municipality of Naples.
