“La Fonderia delle Idee” (Ideas Fundry), the national convention of Italian Democratic Party, has been opened today, September 26, at Città della Scienza, and will end on Sunday 28. A program full of meetings, workshops and guests. The plenary assembly, in the crowded hall of the theater Galilei 104, was attended by the Minister of Culture Dario Franceschini, the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Maurizio Martina and the Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Graziano Delrio, who was received on his arrival by the President of Città della Scienza Vittorio Silvestrini and Chief Executive Officer Vincenzo Lipardi.
The plenary session was preceded, as planned, by ten thematic working groups, in which delegates discuss some issues of national and regional relevance: European funds, welfare, development, job, school, non-profit, transport, infrastructures, urban regeneration, tourism, culture, creativity.
