Futuro Prossimo - Next Future

March, 30-31 2012
Biblioteca Antoniana – Ischia

What the science of the next future holds, in terms of knowledge and effects on society and economy?

Forecasting the future – even the next future – is an hard work. But we need to build maps of the possible futures, for directing our actions in the present. The present itself say to us that many things are cooking, both in the fields of new scientific knowledge and new knowledge economy, in every part of the world. The 2012 edition of the Science and Society School will try to discover what is cooking. For studying the present and drawing a map of the possible next futures.
