Gnam Village will offer on September 10th “The lady in red. Tomato in all its splendor”, the market-event of tomato producers San Marzano D.O.P. And Piennolo D.O.P., aimed at meeting with the producers of excellence and knowledge of their stories, with didactic and scientific workshops on tomatoes, to discover their properties and cultivation methods, to learn to realize a fullness with the peasants of Vesuvius. Also in the gastronomic laboratories are “Every tomato its pasta” and “Every pizza is its tomato”.
