Luigi Ambrosio, “Human and scientific relationship underlying the success of cooperation between Italy and China”

Luigi Ambrosio, Research Director of the Institute for Polymers, Composites and Biomaterials (IPCB) of the National Research Council working with China since 2009. Over the years, he signed several cooperation agreements that led to the establishment in 2014 of the Joint research center on multifunctional polymers and biomaterials opened in Chengdu. As part of the DSCTM-CNR research collaboration programs, almost 20 joint research programs have been implemented with Chinese research centers and universities.
