In order to facilitate your stay in Bergamo, Bergamo University has signed agreements with several hotels located in the city centre.
Please find enclosed the list of the hotels affiliated with Bergamo University.
The rooms are optioned until the 30th of September, with the exception of Cappello d’oro’s, which are optioned until the 23rd of September. For this reason we would be pleased to receive a feedback from you within these dates.
At the moment of booking, please notify the hotels about the agreement with Bergamo University for the Italy China Science and Technology Innovation Week.
We will organise a transfer that will bring the attendees to the site of the convention (Sant’Agostino).

At the moment of booking, please notify the hotels about the agreement with Bologna University for the Italy China Science and Technology Innovation Week.

Città della Scienza has verified the availability of the hotels rooms of the different categories located in the different areas of the city of Naples. Due to the concomitance with other events taking place in the city, we suggest to make the hotel reservation by contacting the hotel directly by the end of July.
Città della Scienza will provide a transfer service to and from the conference venue departing from the suggested hotel, according to the starting and ending time of the conferences. The exact timetable will be communicated later.
